Mick Barlow

Mick Barlow

Mick Barlow is a 141-game former AFL player with Fremantle and Gold Coast who had to break into the AFL system the hard way, being drafted as a mature age player and was rewarded for his determination by winning the AFLPA’s Best First Year Player Award in 2014. He also played in the 2013 AFL Grand Final.

Post his playing days, Mick has transitioned into his coaching career and is the current assistant coach of North Melbourne.

Mick is a regular member of the Footy & Friends podcast and coach of the AFL Clubby program.
